【摘要】 目的获得湖南省衡阳市石鼓区、衡南县、耒阳市三地暗娼和吸毒者感染艾滋病相关危险情况。方法 暗娼规模估计采用乘数法计算本地时点上暗娼人数作为估计人数,吸毒人群规模采用捕获再捕获法计算估计人数。暗娼和吸毒对象艾滋病知晓率与行为调查采用问卷调查。三地现场调查按每地暗娼和吸毒者各360人,石鼓区、衡南县完成了两类人群调查人数,耒阳市完成暗娼和吸毒者各322人和360人,暗娼和吸毒者实际调查人数分别为1 042人和1 080人。结果石鼓区、衡南县和耒阳市,暗娼估计人数分别为660人、529人和322人;吸毒估计人数分别为1 408人、510人和1 852人。三地人群艾滋病知晓率较高,但是暗娼最近一次安全套使用的比例48.7%和吸毒者6个月的共针率高达97.0%,显示知识知晓率与行为改变的不匹配。接受的相关服务十分有限。结论三地存在较大艾滋病流行风险,在政策制定上,应该全面考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To obtain the information on the relative risk of HIV infection among female sex workers and drug users in Shigu District,Hengnan County,and Leiyang County. Methods Multiplier method was used to estimate the number of female sex workers and a capture-recapture method was used to estimate the number of drug users.Every person was asked to finish a questionnaire involved in AIDS knowledge and risk behaviors.360 female sex workers and 360 drug users were the study target in each county.The study samples in Shigu District and Hengnan County were all finished except Leiyang County only involved 322 female sex workers and 360 drug users. Results The estimated numbers of female sex workers in Shigu District, Hengnan County,and Leiyang County were 660,529,and 322,respectively.The estimated numbers of drug users in Shigu District,Hengnan County,and Leiyang County were 1,408,510,and 1,852,respectively.The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was higher,but the rate of condom use during the last sex among the female sex workers was 48.7% and the rate of sharing needle in the last 6 months among the drug users was 97.0%.It was indicated that the knowledge level and risk behavior was independent.The prevention and intervention service was limited to these two groups. Conclusions The risk of AIDS epidemic exists highly in Shigu District,Hengnan County,and Leiyang County.The local policy development should more consider the epidemic risk.更多还原
