【摘要】 目的:观察磷酸铝凝胶预防静脉应用阿奇霉素胃肠道反应的疗效。方法:将2010年10月至12月在我院儿科门诊治疗的支原体肺炎患儿80例随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组在静脉滴注阿奇霉素30m in前服用硫酸铝凝胶1次,药物剂量为2~4岁10 g/次;5~14岁20 g/次;对照组不予磷酸铝凝胶。对两组是否出现胃肠道反应及胃肠道反应结果进行观察。对相关数据应用SPSS17.0软件进行分析。结果:治疗组和对照组在静脉滴注阿奇霉素是引起的胃肠道反应差异有统计学意义(2χ=33.775,P<0.01),治疗组静脉滴注阿奇霉素时的胃肠道反应较对照组轻。结论:口服磷酸铝凝胶可有效预防静脉应用阿奇霉素时的胃肠道反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the treatment effects of colloidal aluminium phosphate gel in preventing gastroduodenal affections caused by intravenous azithromycin.Methods:Eighty cases with Mycoplasma pneumonia from Oct.2010 to Dec.2010 were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).In treatment group the patients were orally administrated with colloidal aluminium phosphate gel,once per day,2-4 years 10g per once time and 5-14 years 20g per once time,and then 30 minutes later,the patients were treated with azithromycinl.In control group,only azithromycin was taken intravenously,the dosage and the treatment course was the same.Results:The cases in treatment group showed an improved condition and seldom suffering from gastroduodenal affections.There was obviously difference between the two groups(χ2=33.775,P<0.01). Conclusions:Colloidal aluminium phosphate gel can prevent gastroduodenal affections caused by intravenous azithromycin.更多还原
