托莫西汀对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的疗效观察及其对认知功能的影响

【摘要】 目的观察托莫西汀对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的临床疗效及其对ADHD患儿认知功能的影响。方法对符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的21例ADHD患儿给予托莫西汀治疗,疗程8周,分别于治疗前和治疗后对受试患儿进行数字划消测验(NCT)、Conners父母量表、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)等心理量表测评。结果治疗后数字划消失误率,Conners父母量表中的学习问题、冲动多动、多动指数等指标值显著低于治疗前,WCST中的持续性错误数(Rpe)和持续性应答数(Rp)显著低于治疗前(均P<0.05)。结论托莫西汀治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍疗效确切,安全性好,能够改善患儿的认知功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of tomoxetine in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) and effect on cognitive function.Methods Twenty-one children with ADHD were treated with tomoxetine for 8 weeks,and were evaluated with number cancellation test(NCT),conners parents test,wisconsin card sorting test(WCST) before and after the treatment.Results After treatment,the percentage of error of NCT,Studying problems,impulsive and hyperactive,hyperactivity index,perservative errors(Rpe) and preservative responses(Rp) were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Tomoxetine is efficient and safe to ADHD and can improve cognitive function of children with ADHD.
