【摘要】 目的评价超声心动图在心肌梗死中的诊断价值。方法利用二维彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对心肌梗死病患进行检查,并与心电图检测结果进行对照探讨。结果在急性心肌梗死组中,心电图的诊断符合率(90.4%)高于超声心动图(76%),在陈旧性心肌梗死组中,超声心动图的诊断符合率(89%)高于心电图(62%)。结论超声心动图检验心肌梗死部位与心电图出现Q波的导联基本一致,分别为81%和78%。但是超声心动图在评价心肌梗死并发症以及左室功能方面强于心电图检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Evaluation of echocardiography in myocardial infarction of the diagnostic value.Methods Using 2 d color doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument of myocardial infarction patients for examination,and the comparison with the electrocardiogram test paper.Results In acute myocardial infarction group,the diagnostic accordance rate of electrocardiogram(90.4%) than the supersonic and enchanted the graph(76%),myocardial infarction in chronic group,echocardiographic diagnosis coincidence rate(89%) obviously higher than electrocardiogram(62%).Conclusion Echocardiography inspection myocardial infarction position and electrocardiogram appear Q wave guide league basic consistent,to 81% and 78%,respectively.But echocardiography in evaluating the myocardial infarction complications and left ventricular function better than cardiogram.更多还原
