【摘要】 目的观察β受体阻滞剂治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法随机选择慢性心力衰竭患者83例,分为β受体阻滞剂倍他乐克治疗组(44例)和对照组(39例)。观察倍他乐克对患者症状、心功能的影响。结果观察组与对照组有效率分别为93.18%,64.1%。结论常规治疗基础上,应用β受体阻滞剂倍他乐克能显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者的症状及心功能,效果优于传统治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of βAIIRBs in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 83 patients with CHF were selected randomly.The patients were divided into Betaloc group 44 cases and control group 39 cases.The efficacy of Betaloc on patients symptoms and heart function were observed.Results The effective rate is 93.18 pct for the second group and 64.1 pct for the first group.Conclusion On the basis of routine therapy,betaloc can improve the symptoms and heart function significantly in patients with CHF,it is a better option compared to the traditional method curing CHF.更多还原
