【摘要】 目的探索房室结内折返性心动过速药物转复心率变化的规律。方法记录发病时初始心率(初始心率)、转复时心率(终末心率),计算初始和终末心率的差值(差值),对三部分数据分别做统计描述、同时做分布类型检验。结果初始心率、终末心率、差值的最大值分别为280、258、41次/分;最小值分别为143、109、15次/分;均值分别为193、167、26次/分。终末心率和差值分布类型检验值kolmorol-smirnol分别为0.097、0.973;P分别为0.071、0.106。结论差值和终末心率分别为均数和标准差是26、5.37,167、34.93的正态分布。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the variation type of heart rate duration cardioversion of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardiac(AVNRT) 。 Methods Respectively to record the heart rate of AVNRT patients before and after cardioveision(initial heart rate-IHR and terminal heart rate-THR).Calculating their difference(D).P-Rocessing statistical analysis to related data.Results The maximums of IHR、THR and D are respectively 280、258、41beats/min;the minimums respectively are 143、109、15 beats/min;the medians respectively are 193、167、26 beats/min.The test of mormality of THR and D(Shapiro-Wilk) are 0.097、0.973;p respectively are 0.071、0.106.Conclusion The statistical distribution types of D and THR are of mormality(26、5.37;167、34.93).更多还原
