三元复合体系表面活性剂在油水中的分配

【摘要】 表面活性剂在油水中的分配是驱油体系的重要参数,影响油水界面张力、色谱分离程度等。研究了三元复合体系中表面活性剂在油水中的分配规律,考察了碱浓度、类型和乳化等因素对其的影响。结果表明:无碱或碱浓度一定时,表面活性剂的分配系数随着浓度的增加逐渐减小;碱浓度增加,表面活性剂的分配系数略有增加;碱浓度一定、表面活性剂的质量分数小于0.1%时,弱碱复合体系中表面活性剂的分配系数略大于强碱复合体系中表面活性剂的分配系数,表面活性剂质量分数大于0.15%时,弱碱复合体系中表面活性剂的分配系数小于强碱复合体系中表面活性剂的分配系数;乳化后,无碱体系和弱碱/强碱复合体系中表面活性剂的分配系数均大于未乳化时的分配系数,弱碱复合体系中表面活性剂的分配系数小于强碱复合体系中表面活性剂的分配系数。

【Abstract】 Surfactant partition in oil/water phase is a key parameter of the alkaline-surfactant-polymer(ASP) flooding system because it affects not only the interfacial tension of oil/water phase but also chromatographic separation.The present paper studied partition rules of surfactant in oil/water phase and investigated effects of alkaline concentration,type and emulsification on partition as well.The result shows that on conditions of no alkaline or a certain amount of alkaline,the surfactant partition coefficient decreases gradually with the increase of surfactant concentration,while it increases slightly with the increase of alkaline concentration.On conditions of a given concentration of alkaline,the surfactant partition coefficient of the weak-base ASP flooding system is slightly greater than that of the strong-base ASP flooding system if surfactant concentration is less than 0.1%,or vice versa if surfactant concentration is more than 0.15%.After emulsification,the surfactant partition coefficient of both the non-alkaline system and the weak-base or strong-base ASP flooding system is greater than that before emulsification,and the surfactant partition coefficient of the weak-base ASP flooding system,moreover,is smaller than that of the strong base ASP flooding system.
