【摘要】 运动员退役后再就业问题是长期困惑中国体育的一大难题。运动员职业转换过渡期是运动员所在体育训练单位为运动员实施职业培训的重要时期,是运动员进行职业转换的关键时期。探讨运动员职业转换过渡期制度的相关理论,介绍各级体育行政部门、运动项目协会、体育训练单位及相关部门的主要任务及其在全国范围内的初步实践成果,并对该制度进行展望,提出发展对策,为各地全力做好我国退役运动员的保障工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Athletes’ re-employment after retirement is a long-term Chinese sports puzzle.Athletic career transition is an important period when the training units implement career training,and it is also a critical period for their career transition.This essay explores related theories about the transition period system,introduces the main tasks at all levels of sports administration,sports associations,sports training units and related departments and its preliminary practice results in the nationwide,previews the system,and proposes some developmental countermeasures.It aims at providing references for doing our best to protect retired athletes in our country.更多还原
