【摘要】 采用问卷和访谈调查法,对浙江省体育学研究生导师队伍现状和指导方式中存在的问题进行分析,进而提出体育学研究生团队式导师制培养模式。该模式改变了传统的导师制单一传承关系,有利于提高导师的整体素质,提升研究生的培养质量。研究结果为研究生导师制改革提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the methods of questionnaires and interview survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of tutor team of sports science and the existing problems about guidance way in Zhejiang province.It further puts forward the training mode of sports science for team tutorial system.This model has changed the single succession relationship of traditional tutorial system.It is good for improving the overall quality of tutor team and the quality of graduate students.The research results can provide reference for graduate system reform.更多还原
