研究型分子生物学实验课程体系建立与实践
Construction and Practice of Project-based Experimental Course System for Molecular Biology
【摘要】 分子生物学是在分子水平上研究生物生长发育的调控机制及其遗传基础,其基本理论的建立依赖于实验,因此也是实验性非常强的学科。分子生物学实验课程是培养高素质生物类本科人才必修课程。目前我国大学本科分子生物学实验课程多数滞后于该学科发展,制约了人才培养。学校构建新实验课程教学体系,直接将相关的科研成果转化为本科实验教学项目,制定了一套系统性强,能够培养本科生综合能力的研究型分子生物学实验课程体系。通过近2年的教学实践,取得了良好的教学效果。
【Abstract】 Molecular biology is the study of regulative mechanism and genetic basis of biological growth and development in molecular level.The obtaining of the basic theory of molecular biology is dependent on experiments.In university education,the molecular biological experimental course is compulsory for undergraduates who major in biology.Up to the present,the molecular biological experimental course is lagging behind the development of molecular biology,which restrains the training of high-quality students with molecular biological experimental skills.In Central China Normal University,a new course system was constructed and a series of research projects were introduced into experimental course.Over two years of practice proves that this new course system can achieve higher educational efficiency.
