【Abstract】 After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common department-building construction and management modes in most of the colleges and universities,a new construction and management mode is proposed in this paper to design the construction layout with the thought of "function-first in discipline group",to carry out the management with the thought of "function-first in property management",and to normalize the use of the buildings with the thought of "free of charge in a limited period time,while pay for overtime use".更多还原
