工业工程研究型仿真实验系统设计
Research-Oriented Simulation Experimental System for Industrial Engineering Teaching
【摘要】 为更好地适应现代工业工程教学需要,在现有的工业工程专业实验体系基础上,提出了将部分综合性设计性实验与生产实习结合进行的方法,经过实习实践证明了本方法的可操作性与有效性。针对高年级本科生和研究生实验教学,开发出一套基于仿真技术的研究型实验系统,并建立了布置优化、生产排程等工业工程经典问题的仿真模型。以此构建了适合工业工程专业的三级实验体系:基础IE实验、现代IE实验(部分生产实际实验)和研究型IE仿真实验。
【Abstract】 Based on the existing experimental system of Industrial Engineering,a method combining some of the comprehensive and design-oriented experiments with production practice was presented for the teaching needs of modern industrial engineering.This practice proves the operability and effectiveness of the method.A research-oriented simulation experimental system was developed for the experiment teaching of senior undergraduate and graduate students,and a simulation model for solving classical industrial engineering problem was proposed.A three-level experimental system of Industrial Engineering was established,including classical IE experiment,modern IE experiment and research-oriented simulation experiment.
