【摘要】 实验室是高校进行教学实验、开展科学研究、培养人才和创新科技的重要基地。实验室安全管理是校园安全管理工作的重要组成部分,高校实验室的安全对高校乃至全社会的安全和稳定都至关重要,当前高校实验室建设高速发展,安全管理面临诸多新的问题,并引发不少安全事故。本文就目前高校实验室特点、易产生的事故和危害、安全管理现状及存在的问题进行了分析,提出了加强实验室安全管理工作的若干建议。强调以人为本、预防为主,是实现高校实验室安全的基本原则;建立安全管理体系、加大安全投入、加强安全教育等是做好高校实验室安全管理的基本保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laboratories are important base for college and university to carry out experimental teaching,scientific research,personal training and science and technology innovation.Laboratory safety is crucial to security and stability of college or university and even the whole society.Recently,laboratories and their construction are developing rapidly.The safety of laboratory in colleges and universities is faced many new problems which lead to many accidents.This paper focuses on laboratory features of the present universities,security,management status and problems.Some suggestions to improve laboratory safety work are put forward.People-oriented prevention and safety first are emphasized and to be regarded as the basic principle to perform laboratory safety management.Establishing safety management system,strengthening safety education to raise safety awareness is an effective method to ensure the safety of laboratory.更多还原
