【摘要】 高校实验室在创新型人才培养实践中发挥着极其重要的作用。目前,我国高校实验室在发挥作用的同时仍然存在一系列突出的问题,如学生进行实验的积极性不高、创新意识不强、实验室建设不完备、管理过于机械等,导致高校实验室不能充分发挥效用。从创新型人才特征及其培养着手,结合中、日、美三所高校实验室管理的对比分析,探讨了适合我国高校实验室建设与管理的相应举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 The university laboratory is playing an extremely vital role in creative personnel cultivation practice.At present,Chinese university laboratories have a series of problems,such as,no positivity and lack of innovation consciousness of students,imperfect of laboratories construction,and inflexible of management,etc.These problems lead to the laboratories function inadequately.This article began with the characteristic and the cultivation of innovative personnel,and combined the contrastive analysis among Chinese,Japanese and American university laboratory management,gave a feor suggestions that adapt to Chinese university laboratory construction and management.更多还原
