【摘要】 介绍了5S管理先进理念及其在高职学院财会实训教学中的应用,并对推行5S管理前后的实训质量和人员素质进行对比分析。结果表明,在高职院校财会实训教学推行5S管理后,实训教学改进效果明显,对于提高实训室内涵建设,提升实训教师、管理人员工作效率和服务意识,以及提高学生职业素养和实践技能,能够发挥积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The advanced 5S supervision conception and its application in the financial training education for high vocational colleges were introduced,in which the teaching quality and person accomplishment before and after 5S supervision implement ation ation are compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the teaching effect is improved after 5S supervision.It can play a good role for enhancing the training connotation,the service consciousness and efficiency of teachers and supervisors,the students’ vocational quality and practical skills.更多还原
