埋地原油管道预热及停输过程的大型环道试验
Research on the Process of Buried Pipeline’s Commissioning and Shutdown by Real-scale Flow Loop
【摘要】 借助长度402 m、埋深2.2 m、管径分别为DN300和DN150的埋地环道模拟生产管道的投产预热、停输及再启动。从蓄热量、等温线等角度分析了环道首次投油后土壤温度场的变化过程,并针对生产输油管线停输时间的不确定性,在环道2种管径上,分别实验了4种停输工况,涵盖了生产过程中可能出现的长、中、短时间的意外停输状况,动态监控了停输及再启动后管道周围1.5 m范围内土壤蓄热程度的波动过程。通过对管道非稳定运行工况现场试验所得结论,为保证含蜡原油管道的安全运行以及相关程序的验证供了技术参考和对照。
【Abstract】 The processes of real pipeline’s commissioning,shutdown and restart are simulated with the real flow-loop’s two diameters(DN300 and DN150),and the length and depth are 402 m and 2.2 m.From the view of heatstorage and isotherm,the process of soil temperature’s building is analyzed during the loop’s first running.By selecting four shutdown conditions,which include the production’s long,medium and short-term accidents,theanalysis of soil temperature’s fluctuation is made in the range of 1.5m around pipeline.The change laws and a lot of experimental data obtained can provide technical reference for the oil pipeline’s safe operating.
