溴化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑的合成与表征

【摘要】 实验以溴乙烷和N-甲基咪唑为原料合成了离子液体中间体溴化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑,优化了合成条件,即在室温下,回流2 h。利用红外光谱法对其进行了化学结构的表征;通过紫外光谱法考察了不同溶剂对离子液体中间体的影响,溶剂的极性和酸碱性对离子液体中间体的紫外光谱均有影响。考察了离子液体中间体在常用溶剂中的溶解性,得出EMIMBr在水、乙醇、甲醇、乙酸、乙腈、丙酮等溶剂中有较好的溶解性;在乙醚、乙酸乙酯、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、环己烷溶剂中不溶或难溶的结论。

【Abstract】 In this paper,ionic liquid intermediate 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole bromide was synthesized by methyl-imidazole and ethyl bromide,and the reaction process was improved and modified.The synthesis optimized condition was reflux 2h at room temperature.Their structures were characterized and analyzed by infrared spectra.The results yielded from ultraviolet spectra show that the displacement of ultraviolet spectrogram was both effected by dissolvent of polarity and pH.This method can be used to advanced research for synthesis of RTIL intermediate.This paper also examines the ionic liquid intermediate solubility in common solvents,and conduded that the ionic liquid intermediate EMIMBr have good solubility in water,ethanol,methanol,acetic acid,acetonitrile,acetone and other solvents,but have bad solubility in ether,ethyl acetate,chloroform,carbon tetrachloride and cyclohexane solvents.
