【Abstract】 The phenomenon of labor contractors is the result of construction labor market competing with other parts at the very beginning of the reform and opening up.Its participating in the construction labor market brings about many significant and negative influences.Government should take an active part in it.The project manager should be guided by laws and regulations in the selection of labor services and the benefits of the contractors’ combinations should be reduced.In this way,the labor service companies and peasant-workers would become their choice,which would be beneficial to the formation of new Nash equilibrium,and the employment of peasant-workers could be run in an entrepreneurial way.更多还原
