【摘要】 目的探讨祛淤排毒汤对狼疮性肾炎(LN)外周血细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将60例LN随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,两组均予口服泼尼松1 mg/(kg.d),6～8周后逐渐减量。治疗组联合祛淤排毒汤每天1剂,分2次口服,3个月为1个疗程。治疗前后测定IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α水平。结果治疗后治疗组IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α水平与治疗前比明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后两组IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论祛淤排毒汤对LN血清IL-6、IL-18及TNF-α的分泌有明显抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Quyupaidutang on lupus nephritis(LN) peripheral blood cytokines interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-18(IL-18) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α).Methods 60 LN cases were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group,both groups treated with prednisone for 6-8 weeks,after which dosage was gradually reduced.Simultaneously the treatment group combined treatment with Quyupaidutang 1 dose daily taken in twice for 3 months as a treating course.For both groups,IL-6,IL-18 and TNF-α levels were measured before and after treatment.Results IL-6,IL-18 and TNF-α levels were decreased markedly in the treatment group(P<0.01).After treatment,there were significant differences in IL-6,IL-18 and TNF-α levels between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Quyupaidutang had significant inhibitory effects on LN patients in secretion of IL-6,IL-18 and TNF-α.更多还原
