【摘要】 目的分析低位直肠癌前切除术吻合口瘘的危险因素及有效的治疗措施。方法回顾性分析2005～2010年六安市立医院行低位直肠癌前切除术的101例患者临床资料。结果本组发生吻合口瘘的10例患者(9.9%),单因素卡方分析显示,性别、糖尿病是术后吻合口瘘发生的危险因素。年龄、高血压及血浆白蛋白含量并不是吻合口瘘的独立危险因素。其中,7例患者采取了保守治疗,2例患者采取了积极手术治疗,1例患者经保守治疗无明显改善后,予手术治疗。10例患者吻合口瘘口均愈合。结论男性、术前患有糖尿病的患者易出现吻合口瘘,应根据患者的具体情况选择吻合口瘘的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors and treatment measures for anastomotic leakage in low anterior resection for rectal cancer.Methods From 2005 to 2010,Clinical data of 101 cases who underwent rectal cancer low anterior resection were analyzed retrospectively.Results Anastomotic leakage after rectal cancer low anterior resection occurred in 10 cases(9.9%).one-way ANOVA showed male patients,diabetes were independent risk factors;age,hypertension,albumin were not independent risk factors.Seven cases received conservative treatment,2 cases took re-operation,and 1 cases received comprehensive treatment.All cases recovered.Conclusion Sex,diabetes were independent risk factors of anastomotic leakage in rectal cancer low anterior resection.We should choose treatment method of anastomotic leakage according to the specific situation of the patients.更多还原
