【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔间隙综合征(abdominal compartment syndrome,ACS)的早期诊断及治疗。方法回顾分析2006年3月-2010年10月所收治的腹腔间隙综合征的临床资料,其中3例为从化市吕田镇医院外科所收治,5例为从化市太平镇医院外科所收治,11例为广州市第一人民医院胃肠外科收治,分析腹腔间隙综合征的病理生理变化,为临床早期诊断及治疗方法提供帮助。结果 19名患者中经积极治疗后15例治愈出院,死亡4例。结论对腹部外科可疑患者进行腹内压监测,密切注意患者腹部体征等情况,不但可及时诊断腹腔间隙综合征,而且可及时协助指导治疗。本病的治疗方法主要是以腹腔减压为主的综合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of abdominal compartment syndrome(ACS).Methods The clinical data of 19 patients with ACS from March 2006 to October 2010,and 3 patients were from Lvtian town hospital,5 patients were from Tai-ping hospital,the others were from Guangzhou frist municipal people’s hospital.The pathophysiologic changes of ACS were analyzed.Results Fifteen in 19 cases were cured,and 4 cases died.Conclusion For the patients suspected to undergo abdominal operations,intra-abdominal pressure monitoring and observation on abdominal signs are helpful to the early diagnosis and treatment of ACS.Abdominal cavity decompression and complex treatments are the main therapeutic methods.更多还原
