【摘要】 目的 Beckman-Coulter分析仪和快速法Orion Diagnostica Quick Read分析仪均为速率散射比浊法测定C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)。本文观察二者的可靠性和临床应用以及这两种方法的可比对性。方法分别对两种方法进行精密度评价、回收实验以及溶血、黄疸和脂血的干扰实验,并对二者进行C-反应蛋白测定相关性分析。结果两分析仪批内批间变异系数均小于8%;两分析仪高中低浓度C-反应蛋白回收率分别为95.8%、97.1%和102.1%和94.0%、103.4%和94.3%;受不同浓度溶血干扰结果分别为+0.2%、+0.5%、+1.4%和+0.3%、+0.4%、+1.1%;受脂血干扰+0.2%、+1.1%和+2.4%;快速法则为+2.2%、+6.1%和+9.4%。受黄疸干扰时,+0.3%、+2.0%和+3.1%;快速法则为+0.6%、+2.1%和+5.4%。二者相关系数r=0.909。结论两种分析仪测定C-反应蛋白都很可靠,Beckman-Coulter分析仪优于快速法,适于临床应用;快速法更适合于急诊分析及筛查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the reliability and clinical application of measuring C-reactive protein(CRP) by Beckman-Coulter analyzer and Fast Orion Diagnostica Quick Read analyzer.Methods The precision,interference of hemolysis,jaundice and hyperglycemia,recovery and reliable between the two methods were analyzed.Results The intra and inter coefficient variations of the two methods both were<8%;coefficient of recovery of two methods were 95.8%,97.1%,102.1% and 94.0%,103.4%,94.3% at high,middle and low CRP concentration respectively.Interference of hemolysis were +0.2%,+0.5%,+1.4% and +0.3%,+0.4%,+1.1% of the two methods;those of jaundice were +0.2%,+1.1%,+2.4% and +2.2%,+6.1%,+9.4%;those of jaundice were +0.3%,+2.0%,+3.1% and +0.6%,+2.1%,+5.4%.The correlation coefficient of the above methods(r) was 0.909.Conclusion Both methods can be used in clinical application.Beckman-Coulter analyzer assay was better than fast assay.Fast assay was suitable for emergency and screening.更多还原
