【摘要】 目的探讨血清中8-异前列腺素F2α、皮质醇及肿瘤坏死因子-α在寻常型银屑病发病中的作用。方法用放射免疫法分别检测30例寻常型银屑病患者和15例正常人血清中8-异前列腺素F2α、皮质醇及肿瘤坏死因子-α的含量。结果寻常型银屑病患者血清中8-异前列腺素F2α含量均值为(6.63±2.02)ng/ml、皮质醇含量均值为(201.94±61.89)ng/ml、肿瘤坏死因子-α含量均值为6.14±2.79ng/ml,均高于正常对照组(P分别<0.05,<0.01,<0.05)。结论银屑病患者血清中8-异前列腺素F2α、皮质醇及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平增高,机体氧化应激水平增强,神经免疫内分泌异常,可能与银屑病的发生有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of serum 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α,cortisol and TNF-α in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods The level of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α,cortisol and TNF-α in blood serum of 30 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and 15 normal humans were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results The level of blood serum 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α,cortisol and TNF-α was 6.63±2.02,201.94±61.89 and 6.14±2.79 in the patient group respectively,significant higher than that in the control group(P<0.05,<0.01,<0.05).Conclusion The elevation of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α,cortisol and TNF-α in blood serum of psoriasis patients indicated that the level of oxidative stress level was strengthened and the steady state of neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network was disturbed in psoriasis,which might be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.更多还原
