【摘要】 需要理论使思想政治理论教育具有针对性、预见性和有效性。当前思想政治理论教育中存在学生潜在需要思想政治理论,而在实际表现上却是对思想政治理论教育持"无用论"这一矛盾,造成矛盾的成因有学生就业压力大造成学习上功利性强;教学内容缺乏针对性,缺少时代感;教学方式方法陈旧,欠缺教学艺术,因此,高等职业院校思想政治教育应通过研究教育对象的特性,了解学生的需要;优化教育内容,创新教育方法,满足学生的合理需要;构建适合学生需要的评价体系,引导学生的需要;拓宽教育渠道,形成课堂、校园与社会的立体教育体系,提升学生的需要,从而提高高等职业院校思想政治理论教育实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Need Theory enables our ideological and political education to be specific,predictable and effective.Currently,in our ideological and political theory education a contradiction really exists: Objectively,our students have a strong demand for ideological and political theory education but,subjectively,they take a negative attitude about it,which they treat as something useless.Many factors have contributed to such a contradiction.For instance,the students are confronted with so great a pressure of employment that they have to seek for material gains in their study.The content of our ideological and political theory education fails to be targeted and lacks of a sense of contemporaneity.Moreover,our current teaching manner is obsolete and short of artistic features.Therefore,in order to improve the ideological and political theory education in vocational technical institutes it is suggested that students’ traits be studied to learn what they really need;the educational content be optimized and the teaching manner be innovated to meet student’s reasonable needs;a suitable evaluation system for students be constructed to guide their needs;and the current educational channel be further widened to build a multi-faceted educational system that consists of classroom,campus and society,and improve students’ need for the ideological and political theory education.更多还原
