【摘要】 大学入学教育是高等学校各方面教育工作的起始点,是高等学校教学活动中的重要组成部分,是大学生思想政治教育一项必不可少的重要内容,在大学新生能够尽快适应大学生活,健康成长和成才中发挥着重要作用。大学新生具有不能完成角色转换的心理困惑,与人交往不知所措所导致的情感受挫,以及学习方式转换不适而产生对新生活迷茫的特点,因此,大学新生入学教育应该对新生坚定理想信念,做社会主义建设者;了解校史、校规和校纪,开始优秀学子之旅;熟悉所选专业,规划职业生涯;关心弱势群体,注重人文关怀,实现学生个体从依赖走向独立的发展要求。通过新生入学教育,提高高等学校本科教育教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The university-freshmen-oriented entrance education,as a start point and an important part of university education and related activities,is a necessary and important content of the college ideological and political education and plays an important role in the freshmen adapting themselves to college life as quickly as possible and growing healthily and becoming talented personnel.Freshmen are usually confronted with such problems as role reversal,mental confusion,and feeling overwhelmed by frustration and lost faced with the new learning environment.In such a situation the entrance education should play an important role in helping freshmen firm their ideals of and beliefs in the cause of socialism,understand the university history,campus rules and disciplines try to be an outstanding student,try to be familiar with the selected majors and plan their career,care for the vulnerable groups and pay attention to the Humane Care and,finally,realize their developmental change from a dependent individual to an independent individual,based on which we can lay an essential foundation for colleges and universities to improve the quality of Undergraduate Education.更多还原
