【摘要】 目的探讨经支气管镜下氩气刀(APC)治疗支气管结核的疗效。方法应用ERBE公司300型氩离子凝固器对21例支气管结核进行治疗,氩气刀功率20～40 W,时间1～3 s,24～48 h重复治疗,共1～3次,观察患者管腔内病灶治疗前后情况。结果 21例患者进行了47次APC治疗(3例1次,10例2次,8例3次),平均2.24次。完全有效16例(76.19%),部分有效3例(14.29%),轻度有效2例(9.52%),总有效率为100%;所有患者痰抗酸杆菌涂片转阴性。治疗过程中未见严重的并发症。结论经支气管镜下氩气刀治疗支气管结核效果显著,使用安全,操作方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of argon plasma coagulation(APC) in treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis under bronchofibroscopy.Methods Twenty one cases of endobronchial tuberculosis were treated with Type ERBE300 APC,the lesions in endobronchus before and after treatment were observed respectively.All cases were treated for 24 to 48 hours,repeatedly from 1 to 3 times,with the power of APC ranging from 20 to 40 W and the whole process was in range of 1 to 3 sec.Results These 21 cases had been treated with 47 times of APC treatment in total,3 cases with one time,10 cases with two times and 8 cases with three times,and their average treatment was 2.24 times.Full effectiveness was achieved in 16 cases(76.19%) and partial effective-ness in 3 cases(14.29%),mild effectiveness in 2 cases(9.52%),and total effective rate was 100%.The sputum smear of acid-fast bacilli in all cases turned to negative after treatment.No serious complications had been observed during the treatment course.Conclusion APC under brochofibroscopy is an effective and safe method for treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis.更多还原
