【摘要】 目的总结分析剖宫产术后腹壁切口内子宫内膜异位症的声像图特征,提高对该病的认识和诊断准确性。方法对16例经手术和病理诊断证实的剖宫产术后腹壁切口内子宫内膜异位症的声像图进行回顾性分析,总结出其声像图特征,进行诊断和鉴别诊断。结果剖宫产术后腹壁切口内子宫内膜异位症声像图表现为腹壁皮下脂肪层或肌肉层内实性不均质、不规则、低回声、无明显包膜包块。有剖宫产史及明显的周期性下腹疼痛。结论根据声像图特征,再密切结合典型临床表现,剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症可以得到正确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the ultrasonographic features of endometriosis in incision of abdominal wall after cesarean section in order to raise the awareness of physicians and their diagnostic accuracy.Methods The data of ultrasonographic features in 16 cases of endometriosis in incision of abdominal wall after cesarean section confirmed by surgery and pathological examination were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed in order to summarize its ultrasound characteristics for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Results The ultrasonographic features of endometriosis in incision of abdominal wall after cesarean section manifested as solid heterogeneous,irregular and hypoechoic mass without obvious capsule in subcutaneous fat layer or muscular layer.A history of cesarean section and symptom of significant periodic lower abdominal pain might be helpful in its diagnosis.Conclusion According to ultrasonographic features,history of cesarean section and typical clinical manifestation,the endometriosis in abdominal incision after cesarean section can correctly be diagnosed.更多还原
