【摘要】 目的研究蛋白磷酸酶2A(PP2A)在特发性高草酸尿症(IH)大鼠空肠中表达,从而为IH的发病机制进一步提供依据。方法取8只IH大鼠为实验组8,只正常大鼠为对照组,利用蛋白免疫印迹法检测两组PP2A在空肠组织的表达水平,并进行比较。结果 PP2A在IH大鼠空肠组织中表达明显强于对照组,差异有显著性。结论IH空肠组织中PP2A表达增高,可能通过对肠上皮细胞间的缝隙连接的调控促进了草酸经旁细胞途径的吸收而参与了IH的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of protein phosphatase 2A(PP2A) in the jejunum of rats with idiopathic hyperoxaluria and provide theoretical evidence further for the pathogenesis.Methods Eight female rats with idiopathic hyperoxaluria were set as study group,8 normal ones as control,the difference in PP2A expression in the jejunum between the 2 groups was analyzed by Western blot.Results The expression of PP2A was significantly higher in the jejunum of rats with idiopathic hyperoxaluria compared with that in the control group by Western blot(P<0.005).Conclusion The increasing expression of PP2A might cause the increase of oxalate absorption in jejunum by adjacent cell transport,and then cause idiopathic hyperoxaluria.更多还原
