【摘要】 目的探讨检测癌抗原125(CA125)及内毒素对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2009年6月至2010年12月80例UC患者的CA125及内毒素检测资料,并与同期80例健康体检者的CA125及内毒素检测资料相对照分析。结果 UC活动期患者的CA125水平明显高于UC缓解期患者和健康受试者(P<0.05),而UC缓解期患者的CA125水平与健康受试者之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。将UC活动期患者分为轻度、中度、重度,三组患者的CA125水平并无统计学差异(P>0.05)。UC活动期患者的内毒素水平明显高于UC缓解期患者和健康受试者(P<0.05),而UC缓解期患者的内毒素水平与健康受试者之间无差异(P>0.05)。将UC活动期患者分为轻度、中度、重度,内毒素水平随着病情加重逐渐上升,三组患者的内毒素水平有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论活动期UC患者的CA125和内毒素水平高于缓解期患者和健康受试者,其内毒素水平与UC的病情严重程度相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of CA125 and endotoxin in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods Data of levels of CA125 and endotoxin in 80 patients with ulcerative colitis consulted in this hospital during June 2009 to December 2010 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed in comparison with those of healthy persons.Results Serum levels of CA 125 in patients with active UC were significantly higher than those of patients in remission and healthy persons(P<0.05),and there was no difference in level of CA 125 between patients in remission and healthy persons(P>0.05).Patients with active ulcerative colitis were allocated into three groups according to the severity of diseas mild,moderate and severe groups.There was no statistical difference among these three groups(P>0.05).The level of endotoxin in patients with active UC was significantly higher than that of patients in remission and healthy persons(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between patients in remission and healthy persons(P>0.05).The level of endotoxin gradually elevated followed with the increase of severity of disease,and there was statistically significant difference among these three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of CA125 and endotoxin in patients with active UC are significantly higher than those of UC patients in remission and healthy persons,and the level of endotoxin is correlated with the severity of active ulcerative colitis.更多还原
