【摘要】 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)和血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)在直肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测55例直肠癌组织及相应切缘组织中VEGF-C、VEGFR-3蛋白的表达。结果 VEGF-C和VEGFR-3蛋白在直肠癌组织中,表达率分别为63.6%和60.0%,在切缘组织表达率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且VEGF-C和VEGFR-3在直肠癌中的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.386,P<0.05),有无淋巴转移及不同Dukes分期的癌组织中VEGF-C和VEGFR-3表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C和VEGFR-3在直肠癌组织中均呈高表达,并且两者的表达与直肠癌淋巴结转移情况密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3(VEGFR-3) in rectal cancer,and their relationship with the characteristics of clinical pathology.Methods Expressions of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were detected in 55 tissue samples of rectal cancer and 55 tissue samples of corresponding normal tissue with immunohistochemistry.Results Significant differences were found in the positive rates of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expressions between normal large intestine tissues and tissues of rectal cancer(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF-C was positively correlated with the expression of VEGFR-3 in rectal cancer(r=0.386,P<0.05).The expressions of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were higher in rectal cancer of Dukes stages A and B than in Dukes stages C and D,and higher in rectal cancer without lymph node metastasis than in rectal cancer with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were high in rectal cancer,and both of them have significant realation with lymphnode metastasis.更多还原
