【摘要】 采用冠下法对2年间在我科就诊的下颌前磨牙慢性根尖周炎行根管治疗术的300颗患牙进行研究。根据终末工作直径分3组,各100例:A组为25#,B组为30#,C组为35#。结果 A、B、C 3组的约诊间疼痛发生率分别为32%、25%和19%(A vs C,P<0.05),认为终末工作直径达标准锉35#可明显降低根尖周炎患牙约诊间痛发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 300 mandibular premolar with chronic apical periodontitis were treated by crown-down technique.According to the root canal terminal working width,the teeth were divided into three groups(n=100): 25#,30# and 35# in group A,B and C respectively.The incidence(%) of interappointment pain in group A,B and C was 32,25 and 19 respectively(A vs C,P<0.05).The root canal terminal working width of the standard file 35# can discrease the incidence of inter-appointment pain in root canal therapy.更多还原
