【摘要】 目的:探讨口腔鳞癌组织中半乳糖凝集素1(Galectin-1)基因与蛋白质的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:分别采用荧光实时定量RT-PCR和免疫组织化学方法,检测Galectin-1在30例口腔鳞癌患者的癌组织及癌旁组织中mRNA和蛋白质表达水平,其表达水平与临床病理指标之间的关系采用SPSS10.0软件包进行统计分析。结果:口腔鳞癌组织中Galectin-1 mRNA和蛋白质表达水平均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。Galectin-1的表达水平与烟酒嗜好、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分化程度无显著相关性。结论:在口腔鳞癌组织中Galectin-1 mRNA和蛋白质表达上升,可能与肿瘤的发生、发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the gene transcript level and protein expression of Galectin-1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and their clinical significance.Methods: The mRNA level and protein expression of Galectin-1 in OSCC of 30 cases and paracancerous tissue were detected by fluorescent quantitive real-time RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry technique respectively.The relationship between the Galectin-1 expression level and the clinicopathological parameters was analyzed by SPSS10.0 software package.Results: The Galectin-1 mRNA transcript level and protein expression in cancerous tissue increased significantly compared with that in the para-cancerous tissue(P<0.01).No significant correlation was found between the Galectin-1 expression and clinical status(P>0.05),such as smoking,drinking,T stage,N stage,clinical stage and pathological differential degree.Conclusion: Up regulation of mRNA level and protein expression of Galectin-1 may be related to the tumorigenesis and development of OSCC.更多还原
