原子吸收光谱法测定大米粉中铜含量的不确定度
Assessment of uncertainty in determine of copper in rice flour by atomic absorption spectrometry
【摘要】 对原子吸收光谱法测定大米粉中铜的主要影响因素的测量不确定度进行了评定。建立了测量过程中各个分量的数学模型,并估算了各不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响。结果表明,铜含量的测量结果为X=(5.60±0.06)mg/kg,k=2,影响铜含量的不确定度主要是由标准曲线校准所得浓度产生的不确定度。
【Abstract】 The uncertainty of copper content in rice flour was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.A mathematical model for each element was established and the effect of uncertainty elements was estimated.The result showed that the uncertainty of Cu in rice flour was X=(5.60±0.06)mg/kg,k=2.The main factor that affected the uncertainty came from the calibration of standard curve.
