基于标志指数法的辽河盘锦段水环境质量评价

【摘要】 目的对辽河盘锦段水环境质量进行客观的评价,为实施控制单元水质目标管理提供理论依据和技术支持.方法对辽河盘锦段2010年枯、丰、平三个水期的现场水环境进行调查,利用标志指数法进行水环境质量评价.结果辽河盘锦段主要污染指标依次为TN、COD、TP、NH3-N等;枯水期辽河盘锦段水质的TN、BOD5、TP、COD、NH3-N等指标超标情况较为普遍,超标率都达到70%以上;市区河段螃蟹沟等监测断面水质相对较差;丰水期溶解氧和氯化物污染状况较枯水期有所加重;枯水期所有断面均未达到辽宁省水功能区划的目标水质,丰水期和平水期双台子河中下游河闸、曙光大桥等断面均达到目标水质,河水流经至河口处水质明显优于其他各支流水质.结论标志指数法能够客观反映辽河盘锦段的水环境质量情况,是一种科学有效的水环境质量评价方法.

【Abstract】 Objective assessment was carried out for Liaohe River Panjin section water environmental quality for the implementation of control unit water quality management to provide the theoretical basis and technical support.The investigation of water environment of Liaohe River Panjin section was carried out in the dry season,wet season,and normal-water season from April to October 2010,and also evaluation of the water environmental quality with the method of identification index.The results show that the main pollutants of Liaohe River Panjin section were TN,COD,TP,NH3-N,etc.;water quality of TN,BOD5,TP,COD,NH3-N and other indicators exceeding situation were more serious in Liaohe River Panjin section dry season,which exceeded the rate by 70% or more;water quality became relatively worse when the river flowed into the urban area of Pangxie Ditch;wet season of dissolved oxygen and chloride pollution had increased over the dry season;during dry season all sections did not reach the objectives of water environment function zoning;during the wet and normal-water season,Hezha Bridge and Shuguang Bridge in the middle-lower of Shuangtaizi River,and some other sections could reach the water quality objectives;the river flows to estuary where water quality is much better than other tributaries.Consequently,identification index method can reflect the objective of Liaohe River Panjin section water environment quality conditions,which is a scientific and effective water environmental quality assessment method.
