实施化工安全仿真培训,培养大工程观意识的工程技术人才

【摘要】 现代化的石化工业全部或部分工段实现计算机控制,仿真技术在石化行业安全评价、安全监测与安全训练等领域正在或即将发挥着越来越重要的作用。以石油炼制常减压蒸馏工艺流程为例,从安全仿真培训角度出发,分析工程实践中可能存在的危险因素,将班组监控内容及要求实际案例带入仿真训练课堂,学员可达到一种身临其境执行应急预案的感觉。增强学员化工仿真安全意识,并在此基础上提高理论水平和工程实践能力。

【Abstract】 The automatic control system is adopted in modern petrochemical industry entirely or partly.Simulation technique is becoming more and more important in petrochemical process hazard assessment,hazard identification and operating personnel training.Simulation experiment of petroleum refining in atmospheric and vacuum distillation tower was taken as an example,from the viewpoint of safety of simulation training,potential danger factors in engineering practice were analyzed.The case of monitoring system of operating groups was discussed in detail in simulation class,it can lead the students into a state of being personally on the scene and implementing emergency plan.Raising safety consciousness of chemical engineering simulation is in favor of helping students consolidate theoretical knowledge and improve engineering practical ability.
