色谱-质谱联用仪在1-溴丁烷教学实验中的应用
Application of GC-MS in 1-bromobutane experimental teaching
【摘要】 将色谱-质谱联用分析技术引入1-溴丁烷的制备实验,对经典实验教学内容进行改革,建立了行之有效的色谱-质谱法快速分析和鉴定溴代丁烷的实验条件和方法。
【Abstract】 The classic experimental teaching content,synthesis of 1-bromobutane,has been reformed by means of introduction of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technique.An effective GC-MS method has been developed for quick analysis and quantitative determination of bromobutane.
