【摘要】 尽管大型精密仪器的开放共享作为当前高校仪器设备管理的先进理念,已经成为提高设备使用效益、实现资源共享和减小重复购置的重要举措,然而在实践中存在片面强调开放共享而造成设备资源透支使用的潜在风险,为避免这一现象的发生,北京化工大学提出了开放共享的可持续发展理念,并从机制建立、制度保障、人员培训等方面予以贯彻执行,从而实现共享开放和仪器管理的协调和平衡发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,the opening and sharing of available equipment,as a new concept of equipment management in colleges and universities,have become important to improve the utilization efficiency,reduce the duplicate purchase,and achieve the resource share.However,there would be some potential risks of overuse if undue emphasis on opening and sharing.To avoid this case,an idea with sustainable development is addressed by Beijing University of Chemical Technology,and also executed in setting-up of mechanism,system guarantee and personnel training to promote a balanced development between opening-sharing of equipment and their management.更多还原
