【摘要】 为充分发挥大型设备在教学科研工作中的支撑保障作用,加快推进大型设备的开放共享,切实提高大型设备的使用效益,在深入调查研究的基础上,西安交通大学在完善机构设置、优质资源配置规划、建设信息化平台、分级分类管理模式、评价与激励机制等方面不断探索并逐步付诸于实施。实践证明,上述措施对改善大型设备运行条件、拓展大型设备共享开放程度、提升大型设备使用效益均有良好作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to exert function of large-scale equipment in teaching and research,promote the sharing and improve the efficiency,a lot of large-scale equipment management system setting,purchase planning,information management platform construction,hierarchical management,incentive laboratory technicians and users training are investigated.The practice shows that these methods can improve operation conditions and efficiency of the large-scale equipment,and acquire the favorable result.更多还原
