大型仪器管理系统建设及其运行管理机制
Construction of management system of large-scale instruments and its operational management mechanism
【摘要】 介绍了大型仪器管理系统的设计思想、实现的功能、建设的效果,探讨了系统运行机制问题。该系统可实现大型仪器的全程自动化管理,包括数据的自动采集,仪器状态的实时在线观察,使用预约及财务结算的实时追踪和记录,使用机时的实时统计。系统运行管理机制的建设将促进系统管理的科学化、规范化,促进大型仪器的使用和开放。
【Abstract】 The concept of the networked and digitized campus has developed quickly,but the traditional way of managing large-scale instruments is no longer efficient due to increasing demand and incompatibility with the construction of the digitized campus.The development of a new management system for large-scale instruments is a revolutionary solution for managing such equipment and will become an indispensable part of the campus digitization process.Systematic construction could realize automation management of the instruments,operational data collection,online monitoring of the instrument status,online reservation,automatic recording and processing of the usage charge,and statistical analysis of the operation time and efficiency.The operation of such a management system for large-scale instruments will promote scientific and standardized management,and allow efficient use of the instruments.
