过程控制对象数字仿真实验系统研究
Study on digital simulation experimental system of process control object
【摘要】 为了更好地验证过程控制理论和各种过程控制系统的性能,以ARM嵌入式微控制器为核心,研制了过程控制对象数字仿真实验系统。应用模块化的软件设计方法,开发了工业过程控制中的一阶系统、比例、滞后、惯性等典型环节及单/双容水槽控制对象的数字仿真软件,并通过测试,验证了仿真系统的合理性,为工业过程控制提供了良好的实验平台。
【Abstract】 In order to further verify process control theory and the performance of different process control system,an experimental system using ARM as its kernel embedded MCU for process control object digital simulation has been developed.With the application of module software design methods,a series of digital simulations such as First-order System,proportional delay inertial component,and single/double water tank object have been developed.After tests,the rationality of this experimental system has been verified.It provided a well experiment platform for industrial process control.
