新时期如何培养外科实习生的临床工作能力
How to train clinical working ability of interns in surgical department in new period
【摘要】 外科实习是临床教学的重要组成部分。新时期外科临床实习面临着一些问题,为培养外科实习生的临床工作能力,该文对新时期外科临床实习面临的一些问题及解决方案进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Surgery practice is an important part of medical teaching.Surgery clinical practice faces some problems in new period.To train the clinical working ability of interns in surgical department,the problems and their solutions in surgery practice in new period are discussed.
