【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of the lack in running and maintenance funds in public laboratories,properly deal with the relationship between the teachers and the laboratory staff,improve the management of public resources and ensure a fair use of the public resources,a sustainable fund guarantee mechanism for the running and maintenance of public equipment is established in schools and the operation method is also established.By implementation of these measures,the utilization ratio and availability of the equipment are improved and the equipment upgrading is expedited.Meanwhile,free opening and sharing of the public laboratory are achieved which enables the students to arrange their experiments freely and independently.更多还原
