高校人事管理信息系统的设计与实现
Design and realization of the HR system of colleges and universities
【摘要】 以清华大学为例,介绍了高校人事管理系统的建设目标、功能模型、设计和实施。高校人事管理系统是数字化校园的基础系统,人事数据也是学校信息化建设的基础数据。高校人事管理系统的建设以人员招聘、入校、在校、离退离校的业务过程为主线,实现对全校教职工的综合管理与服务,提高高校人事管理水平,并通过跨部门的业务集成和数据共享,为学校人才引进、师资发展、评价考核的管理决策提供信息化支持。
【Abstract】 The HR management system is the basis for digital campus system,and also the personnel data information is the foundation of the school.The system is using staff recruitment,into the school,at school,retirees and leaving as the main line of business processes,to achieve integrated management of all types of staff and services,and to improve the level of HR management;by cross-sectoral integration and data sharing,to provide the system support for the introduction talented person,teacher development,evaluation,etc.The goals,business analysis,functional model,design,implementation and other aspects of Tsinghua University HR system are introduced.
