【Abstract】 The article seriously summarizes the valuable experience of promoting the technology resource sharing in Testing Center of University of Science & Technology Beijing(USTB),based on the laboratory accreditation and measurement certification.Through this process,the service level is promoted by qualification construction,the new service field is opened up,and the level of openness of the technology resource of colleges and universities to the society is improved.In the meantime,the quite mature mode of growth and management mechanism are explored.更多还原
