以创新学分为切入点,培养应用型创新人才

【摘要】 北京工业大学通过构建"两模块,四结合"应用型创新人才培养模式,以创新学分为人才培养的抓手,依托教务管理信息系统为管理平台,通过制定详细的实施办法为制度保障,以创新实践课程和创新活动作为两个切入点,通过压缩教学计划总学时、开放实验室、鼓励科研探索、建设立体竞赛网络等人才培养举措,实现了刚性规定与自主选择相结合、课内教学与课外活动相结合、校内实训与校外实践相结合、教学管理与学生工作相结合的人才培养模式。

【Abstract】 The application-oriented creative talents cultivating mode with "two platforms and four focuses" has been established in Beijing University of Technology.The creative credit has been presented.The teaching affairs management system has been enhanced.The innovative practice course and innovative activity(two platforms) have been introduced to the undergraduate students as the access to innovative credit,by means of some measures including opening laboratory,student research training and scientific competition,the individualized education,creation education,engineering education and practice education(four focuses) have been greatly improved.
