【Abstract】 The top scientists who stay in the world famous universities have much deeper understanding and further vision about science and engineering education.Investigating their teaching method,teaching process,learning quality control system will be greatly helpful for our education system reforms.Department of electrical and computer engineering at Illinois University of U.S.A.is ranked for the second for undergraduate electrical engineering in the annual survey by 2009 U.S.A.News and World Report.As an excellent example it can be learned,the whole teaching process about the honor course of "Theory and Fabrication of Integrated Circuit Devices" was explored in detail.更多还原
