粒子冲击钻井系统设计及室内试验研究

【摘要】 粒子冲击钻井是一种可方便用于常规钻机的钻井新技术,特别适用于那些由于具有极高的抗压强度而导致机械钻速降低的地方。根据国内现有钻井设备与技术条件,结合川东北南方海相"难钻"地层岩性特性,开展了粒子冲击钻井系统研究与设计工作,在粒子冲击钻井专用工具、粒子注入及回收系统设计和破岩机理等方面取得了重要进展,初步形成一套粒子冲击钻井技术方案。室内样机试验表明,设计的粒子冲击钻井系统方案可行,为该技术的进一步研究及应用打下了基础,也为国内硬地层钻井速度的进一步提高提供了一种全新的思路和办法。

【Abstract】 The particle impact drilling is a kind of new drilling technology which can be conveniently applied to ordinary drilling rigs. It is suitable particularly for those places which are characterized by very high pressure resistance strength and thus lead to the decrease of penetration rate. According to the existing drilling equipments and technological conditions at home and referring to the rock property of the difficult-to-drill formations with the southern marine facies in northeastern Sichuan Province, the research and design of the particle impact drilling system were conducted. The great achievements have been made in design of special tools, particle injection and recovery for particle impact drilling as well as in study of rock-breaking mechanism. The technological scheme for particle impacl drilling has been formulated. The laboratory experiment of the sample unit shows that the designed scheme for the particle impact drilling system is feasible. It has laid the foundation for the further research and application of the technology. It has also provided a new direction and method for further improvement of drilling speed in China’s hard formations.
