给电子体在烯烃聚合过程中的作用
Role of Electron Donor in Olefin Polymerization Process
【摘要】 齐格勒-纳塔催化剂是烯烃聚合时最常用的催化剂。在不同的给电子体的用量、聚合温度等条件下,考察给电子体对烯烃聚合的影响。通过室内环道评价装置和红外光谱仪测定聚合物,确定给电子体对烯烃聚合的作用。实验表明,在助催化剂:1.5 mL,主催化剂:0.01 mL,给电子体MgCl2:0.39 g,反应温度:0℃,二段聚合温度:-5℃时,聚合物减阻率达到最高32.18%。
【Abstract】 Ziegler-Natta catalyst for olefin polymerization is the most common catalyst.In this paper,effect of electron donor on drag reduction efficiency of olefin polymers was studied by varying conditions of different amount of MgCl2,temperature and so on.By determining drag reduction efficiency of polymers in a simulative loop evaluation apparatus with IR,effects of MgCl2 as an electron donor on olefin polymerization process were discussed.Drag reducing tests indicate that the drag reduction efficiency of polymers can achieve 32.18% when conditions are:TIBA:1.5 mL,TiCl4:0.01 mL,MgCl2:0.39 g,start temperature 0 ℃,the second temperature-5 ℃.
