钴催化剂催化高碳烯烃氢甲酰化反应的研究进展
Development on Cobalt-Catalyzed Hydroformylation of Higher Olefins
【摘要】 针对均相钴催化剂催化高碳烯烃氢甲酰化反应的工业生产工艺,介绍了关于羰基氢钴催化剂制备方法的改进、用于改性钴催化剂的膦配体以及工业上现有的钴催化剂回收途径,并综述了液液两相体系中钴催化剂催化高碳烯烃氢甲酰化反应的研究进展。在水-有机两相体系中进行的钴催化剂催化氢甲酰化反应,可在保持催化剂较高活性和选择性的基础上实现催化剂的简易分离回收与循环使用,因此开发性能优越的水-有机两相催化体系是该领域的研究方向。
【Abstract】 In view of the industrial homogeneous cobalt-catalyzed hydroformylation of higher olefins,the innovation of the formation of cobalt hydrotetracarbonyl catalyst and phosphine ligands for the modification of the cobalt catalysts,the present industrial methods for the recovery of cobalt and the development of cobalt-catalyzed higher olefins hydroformylation in the liquid/liquid biphasic system were summarized in this review.Cobalt-catalyzed hydroformylation in aqueous/organic biphase system makes the easy catalyst recycling as well as maintaining the catalyst activity and selectivity,so exploration of excellent aqueous/organic biphase catalytic system is still an important topic of R & D in the future.
