含氮杂环化合物的研究进展

【摘要】 含氮杂环化合物通常具有独特的生物活性、低毒性和高内吸性,常被用作医药和农药的结构单元。含氮杂环化合物易于进行结构修饰,可方便地引入各种功能基,在有机金属催化材料和染料敏化太阳能电池等领域也有应用。在含氮杂环化合物中,含吡啶环的氮杂环化合物(简称吡啶类化合物)数目尤其庞大,且每年都会合成出大量新的化合物。综述了吡啶类化合物在医药、催化材料和染料敏化太阳能电池等方面的应用,展望了吡啶类化合物的发展方向,指出研发结构新颖的吡啶类太阳能电池染料敏化剂,开发催化活性高、选择性高、寿命长的有机金属催化剂以及高性能的光电材料将成为吡啶类化合物的研究热点。

【Abstract】 Nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds can be used as structural components of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals due to their high biological activity,low toxicity and high systemic nature,and play a vital role in organometallic catalysts and dye-sensitized solar cells.The nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds can be modified easily structurally with various functional groups.There are many nitrogenous chemicals,especially pyridine bases and their number is growing rapidly.Progresses in applications of the nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds with pyridine ring to pharmaceuticals,catalysts and solar cells were reviewed.The developing prospect for pyridine bases was explored.Pyridine base dye sensitizers with novel structure for solar cell,organometallic catalysts with high activity,high selectivity and long life,high-performance photoelectric materials are developing emphases of the pyridine bases.
